List of ingredients:
- 300 gr of garlic and herbs bush
- 6 eggs
- Bouquet of parsley, bouquet of chives, bouquet of basil and bouquet of coarsely cut coriander
- 2 or 3 cloves of garlic crushed
- Pepper, salt at convenience
- Parmesan or grated Gruyère 50 gr
Steps of the recipe:
Heat the oven to 210°C.
After relaxing the bush with a fork, add the beaten eggs, then the other ingredients.
Mix everything well.
Line the cake pan with baking paper and pour the preparation.
Cook 25 to 30 min.
